Quando una persona decide di lasciare una organizzazione sindacale, specie quando ne è il leader nella provincia, deve necessariamente trovare le giuste motivazioni. Se non sono convincenti, però, è meglio forse evitare inutili provocazioni. Questo è il caso del nostro Filippo Micalizzi, già Segretario Provinciale Consap di Messina.
Alla base della decisione, almeno questo è quello che si evince dalla lettera di dimissioni, vi è un problema di comunicazione con la Segreteria Nazionale ed in particolare il Segretario Generale reo, a suo dire, di non rispondergli al telefono.
La motivazione addotta è risibile. Come si fa a lamentarsi di non ricevere risposte al telefono dal Segretario Generale quando poi nella stessa lettera si ringraziano il Segretario Generale Aggiunto e il Segretario Nazionale per i ruoli tecnici per quanto hanno fatto per lui e per la sua struttura territoriale; in ogni organizzazione sindacale esiste una ripartizione di competenze; l’importante è che qualcuno dal centro si faccia carico delle problematiche che afferiscono alla tua struttura.
Evidentemente la vera motivazione sta in quella frase riportata nella lettera di dimissioni: “immagino che qualcuno sorriderà a questa lettera, adducendo che tutto questo è solo dovuto ad un problema economico, e minimizzerà il tutto”.
Nessuno minimizza nulla. I fatti sono fatti. Se, come è stato scritto, hai dovuto “uccidere la tua creatura ben due volte” ci sarà pure una spiegazione. La prima volta, lo hai fatto, qualche anno fa perché “folgorato dagli ideali” del siulp. L’Infatuazione è durata poco. Hai riscoperto la tua vocazione all’autonomia (finanziaria???) e quindi hai deciso di tornare alla Consap ad una sola condizione: beneficiare della quota sindacale al 100%. Finchè così è stato ( per oltre due anni) non vi sono stati problemi di sorta, né tantomeno di comunicazione. Solo dopo che la Segreteria Nazionale, nella riunione del 15 dicembre 2015 (il verbale è a disposizione degli scettici) ha deliberato all’unanimità la revoca del privilegio , sono cominciati i mal di pancia che ti hanno portato ad andare via.
Questi i fatti. Tutto il resto è noia. Qualcuno a ragione ha detto che la tua ennesima fuoriuscita non era meritevole di alcun commento. Infatti, se non scrivevi quelle quattro righe sgrammaticate, nessuno avrebbe perso tempo a redigerlo. In bocca al lupo per la “nuova” esperienza sindacale e che sia duratura. Nella Consap per te non c’è e non ci sarà più posto.
